Actually Dito is right. Almost anyone can do that. Often people make a lot of money off of free hosting business. All you need to do is make your company big and have all your hosted account have 1 link back to your main site. Put some ads on your main site and forum and voila, you earn $$. We are planning on doing that with e10host once its up and running. In addition to all that, some companies have 3 letter domains such as e10.info or such, so that you technically don't even need a tld, you could just use subdomain.
